Introduction :

HIBIKI 21 Years specially selects and uses malt aged 21 Years or above as raw material, and blends 21 Years or above matured sake. The fragrance of raisins, apricots, strawberry jam and vanilla rise slowly, and the biscuits, baked pudding, sweet and sour flavors gradually dissipate in the mouth. Aftertaste is long and stamina is strong. It won the ISC 2012 Gold Award, IWSC 2011 Gold Award “Best in Class” and WWA 2011 “World’s Best Blended Whisky” awards.
