Introduction :

YAMAZAKI 25 Years selects more than 25 Years aged, long-term mature original wine in sherry barrels. Only 1,000 bottles is released each year. After fermenting for long enough time, taste and aroma become rich and sweet. Raisin, strawberry jam, tomato paste, rosemary, roasted toast, bitterness of wooden barrel mixed with chocolate and almond aroma, aroma is complex and multi-level. The aftertaste is deep and long, with dried fruits, wooden barrel fragrance and slight acidity.
