Introduction :

HIBIKI Mellow Harmony is based on HIBIKI 17 Years, plus a blend of Yamazaki malt wine and Chita grain wine aged over 30 years which are extremely rare. The product name MELLOW means rich taste, smooth texture and soft honey. HARMONY has the same meaning as the brand HIBIKI. This wine comes with a delicate Japanese traditional dyeing label and Echizen Japanese paper.
