HIBIKI 35 Years Aritayaki Kachofugetsu Special Edition is only made from rare wines aged over 35 years. Opening the bottle, you can smell the woody aroma, sweet aroma of ripe fruit which rich and mellow. Aftertaste lasts long. This wine is all contained in handmade Aritayaki ceramic bottles to pay tribute to Japanese ceramic culture. Aritayaki is a type of porcelain fired in the former Hizen dynasty in Kyushu, Japan, which is the most representative ceramic in Japan. In ancient times, it was exported to Europe in large quantities and usage of its firing process continues to this day in Japan.
