Introduction :
HIBIKI 12 Years Kachofugetsu Special Edition is based on the original malt wine with a wine age of 12 years or more blended with several kinds of grain wine that have been perfectly matured over 12 years. “Plum wine aged malt original wine” that has been matured in plum wine barrels is used. Meanwhile, the long-aged original wine aged more than 30 Years is added to make the taste more round and mellow giving a sense of maturity. The taste is rich, soft and round, with a hint of plant-spicy aroma.
