Introduction : Ishidaya is an ice temperature matured product which is a masterpiece of Kokuryu Sake Maker. Matured at low temperature for three years, its fragrance is deep and not dull at all. Pear, mixed with peach, other fruity smell and a hint of floral. The aroma is complex with subtle changes. This surprises people from time to time. When the temperature rises slightly, the aroma carries apple scent. The taste is full and aftertaste is thick. The sweetness of typical Yubari melon and the round body made it an excellent sake.
