Juyodai Soko is named after the rainbow’s seven-color. It is the top sake of Juyodai. It is brewed with technique of “Shichitarenijukkan”. Limited quantity is produced every year, which is very difficult to find. Juyodai Soko has a mixed aroma of pears, honeydew melons and a little white peach. The “Shizuku” technique is added to make the taste delicate and soft.
