Introduction :
“Bessen Hashu Yamadanishiki”is a sake under Juyodai with relatively high acidity. Although the acidity is high, the performance is charming. The standard is no less than the top Daiginjo sake. The main tone is 80% ripe pears, mixed with a little melon and fruity aroma. The tonality is similar to that of “Nakadori Daiginjo”. The aroma changes with increasing temperature, ending in soft. High variety of changes. Suitable for drinking in the hot summer or as an aperitif or served with a simple appetizer.
