This sake was a toast for the G7 Ise-Shima Summit Dinner in Japan in May 2016 and won unanimous praise.“Isoman Daiginjo 28 Nobilmente”uses Tojo Yamada Nishiki from Special A region in Hyogo Prefecture. After a 50-day rice polishing process, rice refinement reaches 28%. Hanging sake bags technique is also used when collecting sake. Thus, the sake has the ultimate aroma and taste.
