Toyobijin Yamasake No. 4 uses sake rice developed in Yamagata Prefecture which is made with Kinmonnishiki and Yamada Nishiki. It is also known as Tamamae, and it is widely known as the parent of Sakemirai Tatsu no otoshiko, a sake made by Takagi sake maker.
